Welcome to spend an unforgettable summer day in the unique nature of Rokua! During the summer season, we offer guided forest excursions, SUP boarding experiences, as well as boating and fishing trips. We also organize occupational well-being days and various activity days for children, groups of friends and corporate teams.
Guided forest walk exploring the nature of Rokua
A guided forest excursion takes you to explore the nature of Rokua, shaped by the Ice Age. During a peaceful walk, you will learn about the area's unique natural features, and at the end of the outing, snacks are enjoyed by an open fire in the traditional Supa hut. In the autumn, you can also pick berries or mushrooms during the trip.
Guided Stand Up Paddleboarding Experience
Guided SUP boarding takes you on a relaxing excursion through the lake landscapes of Rokua. During the trip, you will learn the techniques of stand-up paddleboarding and paddle in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Jaakonjärvi while enjoying the tranquility of nature.
After-jog sauna on Saturdays
Rokua's "after-jog" saunas are warming up again! You can enjoy the warmth of a sauna at Safari House Suppa on summer Saturdays from 2-5 pm. The sauna fee is 8 euros if you bring your own towel, or 12 euros including a towel and a soft drink. Suppa's café and equipment rental are also open - come and get out in nature, take a sauna and have a coffee or roast a sausage!
Self-guided nature trips in Rokua with rental equipment
Rokua Outdoors provides the equipment and gear to explore the unique nature of Rokua National Park and Geopark year-round. During the summer season, you can discover the area independently on a fatbike or by paddleboarding.

Welcome to find inspiration in Rokua's nature through our guided group activities! At Experience Center Suppa and its surrounding grounds, we organize a variety of activities suitable for workplace wellness days and group events, ranging from corporate "Olympics" to adventurous obstacle courses for children.
